| Dear Department of Labor Employee:
I would like to offer you the opportunity to join AFGE Local 644, the National Council of Field Labor Locals (NCFLL), AFL-CIO. Local 644 is the largest and most progressive local of the 23 AFGE Locals in the NCFLL, which has the exclusive Collective Bargaining Agreement with the U. S. Department of Labor. The NCFLL represents the field employees, except for investigators with OLMS and the Office of Inspector General. AFGE is the largest union in the federal government. In addition, we are affiliated with the AFL-CIO both nationally and in all of the states where we have members. Members of our Executive Board serve on state and city AFL-CIO federations. |
